Role Overview
As a Multi-Channel Marketing and Recruitment Apprentice at Next Level Training Academy, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment efforts and contribute to the development of marketing strategies for our apprenticeships. This is a unique dual role that combines recruitment tasks, such as posting job adverts online, with creating engaging and effective marketing content across various channels, including TikTok, videos, social media platforms, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Post job adverts on relevant online platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assist in the coordination of interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
Marketing:
- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to promote apprenticeship programs in customer service, business administration, marketing, and management.
- Create engaging content for various channels, including TikTok, social media platforms, and email marketing.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with organisational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative marketing approaches.
Qualifications:
- Training to be provided will be a Level 3 apprenticeship as a Multi-Channel marketer, this includes development of digital marketing, social media, maintaining marketing materials, PR, attending exhibitions and events and upkeep of content and records.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok, and a passion for staying current with digital marketing trends.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
